Stephen Barter joined Conflict International in early 2021, bringing extensive experience from his work with companies of all sizes. He offers a fresh perspective and valuable insights to the Board. Stephen ensures the Board stays focused on strategy to protect the company’s long-term success.

Professional Background

Stephen has a long and successful career in Supply Chain and Logistics. He served on the Board of several well-known companies and was CEO of national logistics firms. In 2007, he transitioned his focus to smaller, privately-owned companies. He founded NXD Ltd in 2009, a membership organisation dedicated to bringing the benefits of Non-Executive Directors to SMEs.
